Overview:

I have poured my heart into creating a system that will produce a 100% Win-Win relationship between us. It is my desire that the content and conversations delivered through my coaching program(s) will be used to create the life-change you desire. The nature of any educational or self-improvement program requires a commitment on the part of the Client/Trainee/Coachee (You) as well as the commitment on the part of the Coach/Trainer. With this in my heart, my Cancellation and Refund Policy is outlined below. By your purchase of any session, package or membership, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and acknowledge that we are entering into an Agreement with contractual obligations as follows:

 
One-on-one Coaching Session Packages:

If, after your first paid session of a one-on-one coaching package, you do not feel that the program fits your needs, I will warmly offer you a full refund for the session and any prepaid, unused sessions or packages you have purchased. We will part ways with my sincere hope that you will find what you are looking for elsewhere and will leave with confidence in the integrity of the online coaching community.
 
Payment is due at the time of appointment booking. Your session(s) may be canceled at any time due to non-payment or payment that is dishonored by your financial institution. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that cancellation of payment via disputed charges through Client's financial institution, for programs, memberships, downloads and/or sessions, would constitute theft of services.
 
An individually booked appointment may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations without at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.
 
As your Coach and/or Trainer, YOU are of utmost importance to me. I will make every possible endeavor to provide you the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. In the extraordinary circumstance that I have no choice but to rearrange a scheduled session, I will make every endeavor to accommodate your schedule. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory arrangement for that week, your session can be added as an additional session during a future week or will be added to the end of the original period of sessions.

 
Membership Area Packages:

A coaching package may consist of multiple coaching sessions, in addition to content that is pre-made for your consumption and benefit. Samples of the course-work and content are available before purchase. Please review the available sample lessons and materials offered in the Trial Membership Area before making your decision to purchase. Due to the proprietary nature of the programs in the Membership Area Packages, refunds are not offered once the information has been accessed through the online portal or, where offered, by download. If you purchase a program in the Membership Area and change your mind before accessing the Membership Area, you may request a refund within 3-days of purchase. Please note that the refund is only available if the Membership Area has not been accessed. Membership Area Packages may also include one-on-one coaching sessions and are governed by the guidelines above entitled “One-on-One Coaching Session Packages”.

 
Other Provisions:
 
In the rare circumstance of illness, bereavement, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance, or due to any type of endangering or inappropriate behavior by the Client, I retain the right to terminate services at any time. If such an unfortunate circumstance were to arise, any advance payments made for coaching sessions that have not yet been provided to you would be refunded.
